Applying for Credit PERI is pleased to make continuing education credit available to you for participating in PERI
courses.
Applying for credit is simple. When you attend a course:
- Submit a Continuing Education Application form (available at the course registration desk)
- Within three weeks of the program, a continuing education certificate or statement of credit will be
sent to you.
To receive credit for a Distance Education course, you must:
- Complete all course requirements, including quizzes and/or case studies.
- Submit a Continuing Education Application form to the Distance Education team.
- A continuing education certificate or statement of credit will be sent to you within three weeks
of course completion.
Continuing Education Credit may be available for Corporate Education Programs, providing the criteria for accreditation are
met. Contact our Corporate Education Program team for further
details.
Availability Continuing education credit is
currently available for pharmacists, nurses, and physicians.
- Pharmacists
PERI, Inc. is approved
by The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of
continuing pharmacy education.
- Nurses
PERI, Inc. is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Virginia Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Committee, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center ´s Commission on Accreditation. VNA-CE provider number: 07-04-01
- Physicians
PERI, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Please see each course description page to determine the amount of credit
that you may earn. Continuing education credit hours depend on the agenda of a
program. As a result, the exact amount of credit you earn by attending a
program may vary from the amounts published in this site if slight alterations
in the program are made.
